Seasonal rental - This lovely 3 bedroom plus den cottage is situated only 10 minutes to the Tremblant resort and 15 minutes from downtown Mont-Tremblant (Saint-Jovite). Private and nicely furnished, this seasonal rental is only steps away from the P'tit Train du Nord multifonctional trail for cross-country skiing, which brings you to Lac Mercier and Tremblant's Old Village. Available as of now for the 2025-2026 winter period. See addendum for more information.

- No smoking.

- Small animals permited at the lessor's discretion.

- A security deposit of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- The lessor will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned prior to possession by the lessee.

- The lessee will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned at the end of the lease.

- Winter seasonal lease will be prioritised from October 1st 2025 to April 30th 2026. Any modification of these dates would be subject to discussion with the lessor.

- For a period of 4 months or less, the askinf rent will be $2750/month.
