- A security deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- The LESSOR will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned at his expense prior to possession by the lessee.

- The LESSEE will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned at his expense at the end of the lease.

- The winter seasonal rental period will be prioritised from January 7th 2026 to April 15th 2026. Any changes to these dates will be subject to discussion with the LESSOR.
