The seasonal rental itself is a haven of comfort, featuring 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an electric fireplace, and access to the spa and firepit area. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, and the cozy living spaces provide a warm and inviting atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploration. Enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, skating and fatbiking in the winter, as well as hiking, swimming, golfing and biking in the summer. See addendum.

- The premises to be rented include the lower-level appartment only, located at 315 ch. de l'Aventure, Mont-Tremblant, and not the entire premises. The lower-level appartment offers 860
sqft of living space.

- Minimum 3 month, maximum 6 month rental period.

- No smoking.

- Pets may be permitted at the lessor's discretion.

- A security deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- The lessor will ensure the property is cleaned by a professional before the lessee takes posession of the property.

- The lessee will pay a $90 fee to ensure the property is cleaned by a professional at the end of the lease.

- Also available for spring, summer or fall seasonal rental.
