- No pets allowed.

- A security deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars (1 500$) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- The lessor will ensure the property has been cleaned prior to possession by the lessee.

- The lessee will ensure the property has been cleaned at the end of the lease.

- The summer 2025 seasonal rental lease period will be prioritized for May 2, 2025 to October 30, 2025. Any changes to these dates will be at the lessor's discretion.
