- No smoking.

- No pets allowed.

- A deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) on the part of the tenant will be given at the signing of the seasonal lease, made out to Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.


- Cleaning will be done by a professional prior possession, at the lessor's expense.

- Cleaning will be done by a professional at the end of the lease, at the lessee's expense.
