Includes a fully stocked kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, in unit laundry, bed linens and towels, screened in porch. Unlimited wireless Internet, basic cable tv, Hydro, the use the lawn mower, of 2 kayaks and peddle boat. Available for Seasonal rental from now to August 30th 2024.

- Pets at the discretion of the lessor.
- A security deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars (1 500$) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.
- The lessor will do the cleaning by a professional before the arrival of the lessee.
- The lessee will have the cleaning done by a professional at the end of the lease.
