Seasonal rental summer 2024 - This charming cottage is well located in a sought-after neighborhood near the Tremblant resort and Tremblant's Old Village to make the most of the summer season. Biking, hiking, as well as the events held at the Tremblant resort, this seasonal rental is available from May 1st, 2024 to October 31st, 2024, and includes unlimited high-speed Internet, Hydro and lawn-mowing. - No smoking.

- No pets.

- A security deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars (1 500$) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- The lessor will do the cleaning by a professional before the arrival of the lessee.

- The lessee will have the cleaning done by a professional at the end of the lease.
