Includes unlimited high speed internet, television streaming service IPTV, and snow removal. Hydro is excluded. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer, a cozy living room and large kitchen and dining room area. Available from November 1st 2024 to April 1st 2025.

- No smoking.

- Pets permitted at the discression of the lessor.

- A security deposit of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- The lessor will ensure the property has been professionaly cleaned prior to possession by the lessee.

- The lessee will ensure the property has been professionaly cleaned at the end of the lease.

- Winter lease will be prioritised from November 1st 2024 to April 1st 2025. Any modification of these dates would be subject to discussion with the lessor.
