- No smoking.

- No pets.

- A security deposit of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- Cleaning will be done prior to possession, at the lessor's expense.

- Cleaning will be done at the end of the lease, at the lessee's expense.

- Summer seasonal lease will be proritised from May 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024. Any changes to these dates will be at the lessor's discretion.

Seasonal rental winter 2024-2025:
- The asking rent is two thousand nine hundred dollars ($2900) per month.

- Inclusions: Unlimited high-speed Internet, some firewood, snow removal, VIP parking pass for Station Tremblant.

- Exclusions: Hydro.

- The winter 2024-2025 seasonal rental period will be prioritized for November 15, 2024 to April 15, 2025. Any changes to these dates will be at the discretion of the lessor.
