Seasonal rental winter 2024/2025 - Ideally located only 5 minutes from Tremblant's North side, this charming 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage offers breathtaking views of Lac Supérieur. Spend your days skiing, ice skating or cross country skiing, and then spend your evening relaxing by the fire. Available from November 15th 2024 until April 15th 2025, the rental includes unlimited Bell wifi internet and snow removal. Hydro excluded. See addendum for information for Summer 2024 rental.

- No smoking.

- No pets.

- A security deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- The lessor will ensure the property is cleaned by a professional before the lessee takes posession of the property.

- The lessee will ensure the property is cleaned by a professional at the end of the lease.

- Winter lease will be prioritised for November 15th 2024 to April 15th 2025. Any modification of these dates would be subject to discussion with the lessor.

Summer 2024:
- Asking rent is $3700/month.
- Inclusions : unlimited Bell wifi internet, lawnmowing, Hydro.
- Exclusions: none.
