This lovely cottage is situated only 10 minutes to the Tremblant resort and 15 minutes from downtown Mont-Tremblant (Saint-Jovite). Private and nicely furnished, this winter rental is only steps away from the bike path for cross-country skiing and "fat biking". Available as of September 2024, see addendum for more information.

- No smoking.

- Small animals permited at the lessor's discretion.

- A security deposit of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- The lessor will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned prior to possession by the lessee.

- The lessee will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned at the end of the lease.
